Horseshoe Havoc Privacy Policy

Effective August 12, 2026

Horseshoe Havoc is a casual multiplayer horse-racing game. It does not display advertising, sell personal information, or track people across apps or websites.

Information Horseshoe Havoc uses

How information is used

Information is used only to provide multiplayer gameplay, synchronize races, restore an active lobby, prevent unauthorized game actions, troubleshoot failures, and operate the service.

Sharing and tracking

Horseshoe Havoc does not use advertising identifiers or tracking technologies. Information is processed by Google Firebase as the app’s hosting, authentication, database, and server provider. Lobby participants can see the display names and gameplay choices shown inside their shared lobby.

Retention and choices

Game records may remain in Firebase while the MVP is being tested and operated. Do not use a real name if you prefer not to share it with other players. To request deletion of a display name or associated game records, use the contact method on the support page and provide the lobby code and approximate date of play. Do not send an authentication token.

Children

Horseshoe Havoc is not intended to collect contact information from children. The app asks only for a player-chosen display name; players should avoid entering a full legal name or other personal details.

Changes

This page will be updated if Horseshoe Havoc’s data practices or service providers materially change.
