Horseshoe Havoc is currently an MVP. If something goes wrong, the details below will help diagnose it without exposing private credentials.

Quick fixes

• Confirm the device has an internet connection.
• Use the six-character lobby code shown by the host.
• Enter a display name before creating or joining.
• If a saved lobby has ended, return to the home screen and create or join a new one.
• If an invitation opens this website, install the app and tap the invitation link again.

Report a problem

Send the app owner the lobby code, approximate time, device model, iOS version, and a screenshot of the visible error. Never send Firebase tokens, passwords, or Apple account credentials.

Privacy or deletion request
